WELCOME TO THE COUNTRY HOUSE
Santa Felicita Paterna country house is an old rural estate situated
in the green heart of the Tiber Valley, within close proximity to
Città di Castello, a small noble and medieval city rich in art and
culture. Thanks to its hilltop location, the climate is mild and
healthy, even in the summer months. In the estate, which is 450 HA,
there are some 12th century farmhouses, completely renovated with
respect to the original architectural and
building features.
LEISURE ACTIVITIES
Amongst the green countryside surrounding the apartments,
on the crest of the hill which offers a splendid panorama, there are
two lovely swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. For
sports lovers, there are also full size tennis courts, a natural
lake for trout fishing and mountain bikes to explore the many
characteristic routes which are perfect also for trekking.
TREKKING
Bookings can be made for guided walking tours and pony
trekking and horse-riding within the grounds of the estate, along
pleasant paths shaded by oak trees.
Guests have the opportunity to discover the local wildlife such as
deer pheasant, hares, squirrels, and…. powerful Quinine cows!
APARTMENTS
All the apartments, elegantly furnished for your comfort,
have an independent entrance and their own small private garden with
outdoor furniture.
Peacefulness, tranquility and unspoilt natural sourrondings make
this corner of paradise the perfect place to enjoy an ideal holiday.
