that leads to the ski domain of Marilleva – Madonna di Campiglio at
800 meters from the town of Mezzana.
The complex offers 38 apartments arranged on three levels and served
by lift.
The complex has a meeting room, ample outdoor terrace, large hall
and reception, sandwich club – pub, ski hold, laundry service.
Unguarded parking, on request indoor car parking, which is to be
paid for extra.
Apartments:
Mono2: living room with sofa bed, kitchenette,
bathroom with shower,hairdryer, possibility of
a third bed with an armchair.
Bilo4: living room with sofa bed, kitchenette,
bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower,hairdryer, possibility of the
fifth bedroom with armchair.
Bilo4 Superior: room with 2 single foldaway beds,
kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower,hairdryer, possibility 'of the
fifth bed with ottoman.Inclusive of car box.
Animals: small pets admitted.

The
prices include:
- The first dotation of bed and bathroom included (kitchen linen not
available), water, electricity and heating, outdoor parking.
- Cradle enfant: 0-3 years free of charge please advice in advance.
Obligatory supplements to be paid on
the spot:
- Final cleaning (excluding kitchen and dishes loading client)
Standard single: 40.00 Euros; bilo standards: Euro 45.00; bilo
superior: EUR 50.00 a week.
Optional extras to be paid on site and
reported to the reservation:
- Extra bed in apartment Euro 40.00 per week, free of charge up to 8
years;
- Request extra change of bed linen / bathroom Euro 10.00 per person.
- Garage 25.00 Euros / week.
- Animals: admitted to signal to the reservation, not allowed in
common areas to be kept on a leash EUR 50.00 per stay for the final
apartment cleaning.
Security Deposit:
The amount of Euro 100.00 per apartment must be paid upon arrival
and will be 'returned on departure if no damage
SPECIAL EARLY BOOKING: 10% discount for bookings
confirmed with deposit within 30 days of the date of arrival.
