COOKING COURSES:
From January to 20th July and from 15th September
to 10th December, I tre Baroni organize esidential
cookig courses of different length for Italian and
foreign people, according to our customers' needs.
Classes are about home-made pasta, fillings, ragouts,
sauces, hors d'oeuvres, meat and fresh fish. I Tre
Baroni Cooking School is based on the fundamental
principle that every well cooked dish has in itself a
beauty which refers to a Greater One. In addition to
cooking classes we organize some outings to find out the
local produce and its characteristics as well as to
learn about the culinary tradition and how to do
shopping. Learning the art of cooking is a pleasure
joined to the discovery of the places where such art
originated, as well as the traditions and the emotions
on which it is based. Tuscany is the ideal place to
learn to cook. I Tre Baroni is the best way to do it. If
you are interested only in a specific subject, you can
make a reservation just for one class. Classes are held
at the I Tre Baroni Hotel & Restaurant in Moggiona of
Poppi and at San Pier Piccolo, in Arezzo historic town
centre. |
