Tradition and comfort, these
were the guiding principles behind the conception of Borgoiano. The
apartments were built following time-tested methods, using natural
and traditional materials and tecniques. The terracotta floors, the
ceilings held up by wooden beams are only the most ostentations
results of the meticulous research which has led to a perfect
integration of the old and newpart of the "borgo".
The apartments, accurately finished, are furnished in a rustic style
typical of Tuscany. They have all independent entrance and private
loggia. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave oven and
cooker. The cosy living room has a wood-burning fireplace; telephone
and satellite tv are also provided. Independent central heating with
temperature regulator and consumption measuring.
Among the 23 apartments, the 20
largest ones are made up of a wide living room with kitchenette, two
bedrooms, a bath and a shower room; the 3 smallest ones have a wide
living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The largest apartments surface is from 52 sqm to 61 sqm, while the
smallest apartments vary from 29 sqm to 34 sqm, the loggias are from
8 sqm to 20 sqm.
