MOUNTAIN BIKE WEEKS
Bike-touring Cilento is like living a fairy tale. You will fully
enjoy the landscape, the colors, and the weather, without missing a
single aspect of it. It is like savoring a glass of fine wine.This
program is for those who like sports and nature and yet also want to
enjoy the cultural aspects of this county. The different tracks are
for everybody, and have been designed by our expert guide with
increasing level of difficulty. We provide bikes upon request, or
you can bring your own.
- Saturday: Welcome, Happy Hour and check in. Slide show of the
Park. Dinner and live entertainment (piano bar)
- Sunday: Breakfast. Departure to San Mauro la Bruca. See the X
Century crypt, the Bruca woods and arrive to Cernile. Return to the
ranch for lunch. Free afternoon and dinner.
12 Km. Difficulty: low.
- Monday: Breakfast and departure to San Severino. Sightseeing at
the Borgo Medievale and picnic lunch. Continue on to Gola del
Diavolo and foce del Mingardo, where you can swimming in the river.
Return along the Lambro river to the ranch. Dinner.
30 Km. Difficulty: medium-low
- Tuesday: Breakfast and departure to Palinuro, then Timpa
Santincono and San Antonio church. Picnic lunch, then continue on to
Camerota and see local crafts (ceramics). Return to the ranch via
Licusati, San Severino e Foria di Centola. Dinner
60 Km. Difficulty: medium
- Wednesday: Breakfast and departure to Cuore, then Mount Carmelo,
Mandia, Casel Velino, an Velia. Picnic lunch and sightseeing. Then
on to Ascea, Pisciotta, Caprioli, San Nicola. Return to the ranch
for dinner.
70 Km. Difficulty: high
- Thursday: Breakfast and departure to Massicelle. Sightseeing at
the old mill and picnic lunch. Then Futani, Eremiti, San Nazario,
the old abbey and the water mill. Return to the ranch via Il
Demanio. Dinner
40 Km. Difficulty: medium
- Friday: Breakfast, departure to Mount Castelluccio, Mount Carmelo,
Laurusso. Picnic lunch, return to the ranch for dinner.
60 Km. Difficulty: very high
- Saturday: Breakfast and departure to the beach in Caprioli. Return
to the ranch for lunch. Guest departure
12 Km. Difficulty: very low

- Saturday: Breakfast and departure to San Mauro la Bruca. Visit the
X Century crypt. Arrive to Cernile via the Bruca wood. Return to the
