CILENTIAN TRADITIONS
Olive picking and sausage making
This weekend is for those who want to experience two of the most
renowned Cilentan traditions: olive oil and sausage making. The
program is available during the first two weeks in December and at
the end of January.
Participants will receive half of the oil made from olives they
pick, and 2kg of sausage.
- Friday afternoon: Welcome, Happy Hour, check in, and dinner.
- Saturday: Breakfast. Participants are divided into two groups. |
