ROOM CATEGORY : BridgeStreet Serviced apartment offers high quality
standards comparable to 4 stars level :
- Studio (2 people) : 25-30 square meters, sofa bed, separated bathroom
and equipped kitchenette
- 1 bedroom (2 to 4 people): 40-50 square meters, double bed (queen size
bed) in the bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, separated bathroom and
equipped kitchen/kitchenette.
- 2 bedrooms (2 to 6 people): 60-70 square meters, 2 bedrooms with
double bed each (queen size bed), sofa bed in the living room, separated
bathroom and equipped kitchen/kitchenette.
Please note that all the units that we
have on the 65 Champs-Elysées are of a higher standard with larger size.

GENERAL CONDITION

information abaout address, call number will be given to you from
SERAPEA VIAGGI at due

Our office is open from Monday to Friday / From 9.00am to 6.00pm / a
luggage room is at your disposal if you arrive in the morning. Check-in
time in the unit only possible from 4.00pm – Check out time 11 am
Between Guest and BridgeStreet Worldwide (“BridgeStreet”)
1. Guest agrees that he/she (and any occupant or invitee) will abide by
these Terms and Conditions and all rules and regulations of the
Property.
BridgeStreet and/or the building management reserve the right to remove
any guest due to misconduct or violation of these Terms and Conditions
or such rules and regulations.
2. BridgeStreet and landlord reserve the right to inspect, view, repair,
remodel and maintain all apartment units, with advance notice given
whenever possible. BridgeStreet reserves the right in case of
maintenance or technical issues within an apartment to transfer the
tenant into a similar or upgraded apartment within the same or a nearby
area. .
3. Pets are permitted in specific apartments only if BridgeStreet gives
Guest prior written approval of the specific pet (any additional or
different pets will require separate written approval), and Guest
complies with the following terms: (a) Guest must abide by all property
restrictions and rules regarding pets at all times; (b) Guest must pay
to BridgeStreet a non-refundable pet sanitation fee of € 300 prior to
move-in; (c) Guest is responsible for any damages to the apartment and
common areas of the Property; (d) Guest must manage their pets,
including immediately cleaning up after them in the apartment and common
areas of the Property; (e) Pets are not permitted in the garage or
parking area; (f) excessive noise will not be allowed; and
(g) Guests must confine pets during periods when BridgeStreet employees
are scheduled to visit. Guests may be asked to remove the pet from the
Property if there are any violations of these rules. BridgeStreet may
terminate the reservation with respect to any Guest that refuses to
comply with such request.
4. Guest will be liable for payment for loss of keys, gate passes,
garage door opener (charges incurred for items if not returned within 5
business days after departure date), or for any damages to the apartment
and its furnishings or fixtures or the common areas of the Property due
to negligence, neglect or abuse of Guest, any occupant or invitee
(including any extra cleaning or repairs required, in BridgeStreet’s
discretion).
5. The Guest agrees to take good care of the apartment and not to
perform any hazardous, offensive or unlawful activity in the apartment
or the common areas of the Property. The Guest agrees to obtain and/or
maintain its own insurance and/or be responsible for the personal
property of Guest, any occupant or invites. Guest agrees and
acknowledges that BridgeStreet will not be responsible for the
safe-keeping of equipment, supplies, written material or other valuable
items left in apartments or common areas of the Property even in case of
burglary. Guest may not rely on any contrary verbal or written
assurances provided by BridgeStreet staff in this respect.
6. RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Payment Serapea
The reservation of a BridgeStreet apartment is a valid reservation only
after the confirmation details have been accepted by BridgeStreet
Accommodations Paris.
To qualify as a valid reservation, the confirmation details must be
either :
- Guaranteed by a valid Credit Card accepted by BridgeStreet
Accommodations (Amex, CB, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard)
- Confirmed by an already existing signed Credit Agreement with
BridgeStreet
- Guaranteed by a deposit of 1 night for a stay of 1 – 7 nights, 2
nights for a stay of 7 -29 nights, and 3 nights for stays of more than
30 nights.
Reservations including a deposit will be held until 8 days before the
arrival date. If the deposit is not received 8 days before arrival, the
reservation is automatically cancelled. Reservations made less than 8
days before the expected arrival date will only be valid if accompanied
by a valid Credit Card number.
Guest may not assign, sublease, transfer the Reservation Confirmation,
the apartment or any part thereof or permit the use of the apartment by
anyone other than the Guest and permitted occupants.
7. The Guest will defend, indemnify and hold BridgeStreet harmless for
any claims, losses or expenses arising from Guest’s, any occupant’s or
invitee’s use of the apartment or the common areas of the Property.
8. RESERVATION CHANGES : EXTENSION/ NOTICE OF STAY OR CANCELLATION
EXTENSION
Any extension of the departure date must be sent in writing to
BridgeStreet and is subject to availability and approval by
BridgeStreet. The reservation can be extended without an obligation to
maintain the resident in the same apartment or at the same nightly rate.
In the case of an extension accepted by BridgeStreet, the new agreed
rate will not be retroactive.
Any extension of the departure date is subject to availability and
approval by BridgeStreet Corporate Housing. Any UNAUTHORIZED occupancy
beyond dates approved by BridgeStreet will be liable for a charge of
twice (2X) the daily, weekly or monthly rates then in effect for such
holdover period.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Reservations may be canceled
fourteen (14) or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date at no
charge.
Reservations canceled less than fourteen (14) days prior to the
scheduled arrival date or in the case of no show will incur the
following charges: reservations of 1-7 nights in length will incur a
charge of one night’s rent; reservations of 8-29 nights in length will
incur a charge of 3 night’s rent; reservations of 30 nights or more will
incur a charge of 5 night’s rent. For all cancellation or diminution of
stay after the arrival date will occur the following charges : For a
reservation of less than 30 days, a written notice must be submitted at
least 7 days before the intended departure date. If a written notice is
not received by this date, the total amount of days of the
reservation/extension will be charged / For a reservation of 30 days or
more, a written notice must be submitted at least 14 days before the
intended departure date. If a written notice is not received by this
date, the total amount of
days detailed in the reservation/extension will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CANCELLATION DATE WILL BE VALIDATED ONLY IF THE
KEYS WILL BE RETURNED ON THE SAME DATE.
WITHOUT THE KEY RETURNED CANCELLATION WILL NOT BE VALID AND PREVIOUS
CONTRACT WILL BE APPLIED.
THESE CONDITIONS DO NOT APPLY WHEN BRIDGESTREET HAS AGREED A WRITTEN
CONTRACT WITH AN OWNER FOR SPECIFIC PERIOD DEFINED IN THAT CONTRACT ON
BEHALF OF THE RESIDENT (HERE NAMED MIRROR LEASE) and more specifically
in case of booking made under “long term agreement” In the case of a
“Mirror Lease” all cancellation after arrival will involve the payment
of two months rent by the resident occupying the BridgeStreet apartment.
